Nexicom is undergoing a billing conversion for their internet services. All internet accounts will be moved to the same AS400-based billing program currently in use for billing telephone, cable tv and security services.
If you have received an email from Nexicom advising you that your billing has been transferred to this platform, the following instructions will assist you in setting up the EBPP (Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment) system.
