Nexicom is looking for 2 Full Time Customer Service Representatives - One year Contract
We are looking for people with enthusiasm and integrity who will help us deliver the latest technology with personal care to our customers. Excellence in customer service is essential.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Ontario Secondary School Diploma with some business and computer courses.
Experience: minimum one year in customer service environment
Computer Knowledge: General knowledge of Windows-based programs – Excel, Word, Internet Explorer, Outlook. Above Average keyboarding skills.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to use basic mathematical functions in the setting up of customer accounts, in the preparation of manual invoices, and to understand and intermediate problem solving to interpret current account balances and customer billing.
Language & Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate in a clear and professional manner with both customers and staff. Also must be able to read and interpret safety documents and operating instructions.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with co-workers and general public in a pleasant and co-operative manner. Frequent contact with customers and employees which requires tact and courtesy. Ability to maintain a calm and professional manner when dealing with irate customers. The ability to function as a team player is essential
Psychological: Some stressful situations and mental fatigue as well as multiple interruptions. Tasks and priorities remain fairly consistent. Must have the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously. Required to deal with customers and agents in person.
Wages - $12.50-14.00/hr depending on proven experience
Location - Mainly Millbrook - but needs to be able to work at Lindsay, Lakefield & Peterborough locations on occasion as needed
Hours of Work - Generally Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm - the odd Saturday may be required in Lindsay, Lakefield Or Peterborough - hours at these locations are M-F 8:30am - 5:30pm & Saturdays 9am -5pm.
