Customer Service Representative 1 Year ContractFebruary 14, 2018 8:30am

~~Nexicom is looking for an enthusiastic individual that is willing to give Exceptional Customer Service, to fill a One Year full time contract position. ~

Duties (include but not limited to):
• Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to customers while adhering to policies and procedures
• Address customer complaints and respond to difficult inquiries
• Process new accounts and update customer information as required
• Schedule pick- ups for customer accounts
• Ensure customer retention and satisfaction
• Provide customers and internal groups with effective and efficient customer service support
• Proactively manage and resolve customer satisfaction issues

• Customer service/inside sales experience
• Demonstrated ability in self-motivation with the ability to work with limited supervision
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Proficiency with MS Office Programs
• above average keyboarding skills

*Must have a valid Police Check
