Nexicom is currently seeking individuals to fill the following positions:

Internet Helpdesk Representative (MILLBROOK & PETERBOROUGH LOCATIONS)
Part-Time (1 Year Contract)
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to Internet customers through telephone and email assistance, maintaining a high level of customer service, responding to customer inquiries regarding packages and rates and operating as a member of a high functioning team in a fast paced environment reporting to the Helpdesk Supervisor. This position also includes other duties and assignments as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
• OSSD • Computer or Internet Related Post Secondary Courses • Experience in a structured team environment. Help Desk experience is an asset. Data entry, PC repair and maintenance • Working knowledge of Internet browsers and email programs such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Outlook Express, Thunderbird & Outlook. • Working knowledge of Windows OS from Windows XP to Windows 8, Apple OS knowledge is an asset. • Basic Networking and Internet knowledge is an asset. • Well-spoken, articulate and pleasant mannered.
