A: No. A technician does not need to visit your business if you are simply switching telephone providers.
- Q: What if I don’t want all 10 free features?
A: You can manage your features easily on your own – turn them on and off whenever you wish, using the handy Web Self Care. If you do not have access to the web, our staff will be sure to help.
- Q: How do I know if I can get NexiPHONE at my business?
A: You can check your existing phone number from our website or we can quickly check your address to see if your location is serviceable from our equipment. We just need your 911 address.
- Q: Does Nexicom offer any other services I can bundle?
A: Yes! You can bundle our Office Security. Call us for details!
- Q: What is “Web self care”? How do I use it?
A: It is a website that only you can access with your telephone number and a password. It allows you to remotely manage all the features available for your NexiPHONE service.
- Q: Will my number still be available in the phone book?
A: Yes, if you wish to have a published number. If you wish to have an unpublished number, we can offer that as well for a small fee of $4.45/month.
- Q: Do I have to keep my old phone number?
A: No. You can choose to keep your old number or use a new NexiPHONE number that we assign.
- Q: How does the high speed internet you offer compare to my current Bell DSL internet?
A: It is exactly the same reliable DSL service.
