Pierced Tin Can Lanterns &
Hand Dipped Candles
Tuesday March 11th
9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Cost: $15.00 per child.
Pre-registration is required.

   This program will appeal to children who like to work with their hands. Participants will use hammers and nails to create designs on their tin cans by piercing the metal. In adition, they will make hand dipped candles. Children bring their own snacks. This workshop is most suitable for children 6 years of age or older.

Learn the Art of Beading!
Wednesday, March 12th
9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Cost: $15.00 per child
Pre-registration is required.

   Participants will learn the art of making beaded bracelets in this 2½ hour workshop. The program will be conducted by members of The Embroiderers Guild of Peterborough in conjunction with museum staff. Each child will take home two beaded bracelets that they made themselves! Children bring their own snacks. This workshop is most suitable for children 6 years of age or older.

Make Your Own Book!
Thursday, March 13th
9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Cost: $15 per child
Pre-registration required

   Each participant will make their very own hardcover book! The books are really nice and are great to use as personal journals. Children bring their own snacks. This workshop is most suitable for children 6 years of age or older.

Embroidery for Beginners!
Friday, March 14th
9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Cost: $15 per child
Pre-registration required

   Members of the Embroiderers' Guild of Peterborough, in conjunction with museum staff, will teach the children some simple embroidery stitches they will use to create an embroidered object to take home with them. Children bring their own snacks. This workshop is most suitable for children 6 years of age or older.
