No Smoking Policy

All our accommodations are  NO SMOKING. Ashtrays are provided for use on the balconies or porches. Smoking in our rooms will result in forfeiture of the room, as well as the used and unused portion of the full room rate for the entire booking. An additional $100.00 cleaning change will be applied.
